Francisco Williams, CCIM
Managing Principal
Francisco is the founding member of Williams Capital Group, where he established the firm's core investment philosophy and leads all aspects of the firm — capital formation, strategy, underwriting oversight, and investor relations. Francisco began his career in mortgage banking origination before transitioning in 2015 to Commercial Real Estate Brokerage as an Investment Analyst, where he honed his skills as a fund manager. He is an active member of CCIM, ULI, and ICSC, and serves on the board of the CCIM Greater Los Angeles Chapter. Francisco holds a B.A. in International Studies from the University of California, Irvine, the CCIM designation, Associate of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, and is a licensed real estate broker in California.
Frank Williams
Chief Investment Officer
With a career spanning more than 25 years in the mortgage banking industry, Frank serves as Chief Investment Officer of Williams Capital Group. Frank's career in real estate finance began in 1990 in Wholesale Mortgage Banking. He played a pivotal role as Area Sales Manager for New Century Mortgage Corp. in the late 1990s and early 2000s. At WCG, Frank is responsible for developing loan programs, evaluating credit, and supporting investor relationships — drawing on decades of experience across mortgage origination, underwriting, and capital markets.
